1. Acceptance of Terms
Any use of Imperium Guard services (“Service”) or its functionality implies unconditional agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”), as well as the specified terms and conditions for the processing of personal data. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
In these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Service — "Imperium Guard" bot on the Telegram platform and its functionality available through the Rest API.
2.2 User — any person using the service or its functionality.
2.3 Chat Administrator — user who has the right to manage the chat and bots within their chat.
3. Service Description
Imperium Guard is a bot designed to moderate content and protect communities on Telegram. The service is available to users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, the user confirms that they are at least 13 years old.
3.1 The Service provides functionality such as automatic message deletion, user violation monitoring, custom commands, CAS integration, reporting systems, moderation action auditing, multi-language support, and other features.
3.2 The Service is available on the Telegram platform. Some features may be integrated via Rest API for third-party services.
3.3 Users may block the bot in private messages. Chat administrators may remove the bot from a chat.
4. Use of Service
The user agrees to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The user is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate the rights of third parties .
5. Data Collection
Imperium Guard collects and processes the following data:
5.1 Moderator action audit information: user ID of the person who performed the action, chat ID, and information about the action.
5.2 Information about all encountered channels: channel ID, channel name, channel's public username.
5.3 Chat member information: user ID, channel ID, join date, number of messages sent.
5.4 Information about chats where the bot operates: chat ID, chat name, list of administrators.
5.5 Information for the Guard Anti-Spam system: user ID, date added, message that led to being added to the list.
5.6 Channel-user associations: channel ID, user ID.
5.7 Information about all sent sticker sets: sticker set ID, sticker set link (for AI-based sticker analysis).
5.8 Information about all encountered users: user ID, name, username.
5.9 When restrictions are issued to users, the following is saved: violating user ID, moderator ID, reason for restriction, full copy of the violating message, and date the restriction was issued.
We do not store message content longer than necessary for performing moderation actions.
6. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the Service to:
- Circumvent legitimate moderation actions
- Harass or intimidate other users
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
8. Availability
The Service is available worldwide. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or in all locations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMPERIUM GUARD, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our discretion. If the revision is material, we will provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect. If a user does not agree to the new terms, they must cease using the Service as of the date the new terms take effect.
